We ate at the packard grille on 7-16 it was horable, i dont know how they stay in buisness. The host was lazy and left people standing at the door while she went off and stood in the back, i know cause i saw her, the bartender sat on her butt the whole time, on a friday night. Our server didnt know the answers to simple questions, and the other ones were gross and shouldnt come in to work like that, the manager was doing nothing the whole time, that why they call u a manager, you are there to manage. The tables were dirty, so i wonder what the kitchen look like. Are food took forever and was cold and really just not that good. I suggest that no one eat there

Very good food, quick service, and reasonably priced

We visited the restaurant on Saturday 3/15/08 for lunch and enjoyed the decor and the menu selection. Food was good but could have been hotter.
When we wanted dessert that was shown on a sign on our table, the waitress said it was no longer available and had not been for a while. Management may want to think about pulling dessert signs off the tables or at least take the time to scratch off selections no longer offered.
Our MAJOR complaint and disappointment, however, was that the establishmnet did NOT accept our Prestige Dining Club Card even though it stated in our book that is was valid for lunch OR dinner EVERYDAY. When we asked our waitress about it she gave us a weird explanation about dinners not being available at lunch or some

I was traveling on business and stopped at this restaurant for dinner in August of 2007. The Manager was very freindly and the service was very good. The food was reasonably priced and for the money the food was good and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any travelers or business associates. I would and will stop here the next time I am traveling through the area.

The past two visits to Packard Grille we were extremely disappointed in our meal. The steak was not cooked to our satisfaction and was not fit to eat. It once was a good place to go. Not anymore.

I like the Packard Grille. I think the food tastes great and is very reasonable. Had no trouble with the service at all. I would recommend the Packard Grille to my friends!!!

I feel the food was average, however the restaurant was clean. The hostess was nice but seemed very distracted. The service was slow.

Food is average and the owners and managers are phoney

Visted the Packard Grille 2 weeks ago while in town on business. The food was less then average and over priced. The waitress staff was below par as well as the hostesses. The restaurant was clean, but overall I would not recommend to out of town guests.
